statue? How about pregnancy? Shannon Miller, the most decorated American gymnast of all time, is expecting a baby boy.
“It’s a non-stop adventure,” she says.
How does a former Olympic champion stay ;t during pregnancy? “It’s been interesting for me, coming from an athletic
background,” she says. “I stick
with things that make me comfortable.” Some of her favorites:
logging time on the elliptical,
swimming with a kickboard,
and walking her dog.
In fact, Miller cites walks as

nausea: “I had morning sickness for several months. I mean
24-hour ‘morning’ sickness. At
;rst I just wanted to be in bed,
but what I found is if I got out
into the fresh air and took my
dog for a walk and was a little
